Yippie! In just a few days, Jeff and I will be hopping on the ferry at Wood’s Hole to make our way to Martha’s Vineyard for the 5th Annual MV Wine Fest, taking place between May 11 – 14. If you’re either looking for an a-mazing weekend away or looking for last-minute Mother’s Day plans, read on…
While there, I’ll be acting as a social media correspondent, giving you real-time updates (via Instagram & Instagram Stories) about what’s going on on the island and what you can expect if traveling to the wine fest on Saturday or Sunday!
The four day celebration, which is taking place in the historic town of Edgartown, will focus extensively on wines from the U.S., as well as wine-producing regions such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Tuscany, Piedmont, Rioja, and more.
On Saturday, the signature Grand Tasting event will be hosted at the beautiful Kelley House, near Edgartown’s waterfront. Under one tent, you’ll find over 400 beer and wine brands (yum!), where you’ll get a chance to meet the wine makers… all while eating delicious food as well!
Haven’t bought your tickets yet? Don’t fret!
Tickets are still available on their website here: www.themvwinefestival.com
