As you can tell from the lack of posts on The New England Life this month, it’s been difficult transitioning from the hecticness surrounding the holidays and getting back into a routine. Starting February 1, I’m getting back into the blogging grind, hopefully providing new content several times a week.
In the meantime (as I start to realize how much writing I have to do this weekend), here’s what I’ve been up to the past two weeks:
Walks with Rory
If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you’ll notice I have a furry new bestie. I’ve been giving him walks during my lunch break. Bunker Hill Monument is just a block away from my apartment in Charlestown, so Rory gets some pretty scenic walks (with a side of history).
Boston Magazine Best Bostonians Party
Hopped on over to the Boston magazine Best Bostonians party with my day job co-workers, where we snapped a group shot in the Swoon Booth.
Ski Weekend in Vermont
Last weekend, my family and friends made our way up to Wilmington, VT for a fun two days of skiing at Mount Snow. I’m hoping to get up there a few more times this season & praying that it continues to snow!
Snowy Sleigh Rides
While in Vermont, I planned a fun sleigh ride through the woods. To read more about it, click here. Besides adding Rory to my family, it’s already on my list of 2016 highlights!
